Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer Free Shipping on most orders. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Supra Living is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Supra Living, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Personal care items or hygiene products (if opened)
• Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.
